Business Card Ads

Business card ads are accepted at $45 per issue, $162 for four issues. Business card must be submitted with payment by check mailed to address shown below, and will be scanned by CJCI and printed as shown on the card. For flexibility in creating your advertising message, display advertising (see above) is recommended.

 

Classified Advertising

$1.25 per word; 20 word minimum. Email ad copy to jay@costumejewelrycollectors.com. Payment must be received via PayPal or check prior to deadline (see chart below).

FILE SPECIFICATIONS

 

File Formats Accepted

CJCI accepts collected InDesign files (including fonts and images), Photoshop (EPS, TIFF or JPG, flattened), or high resolution PDF files. QuarkXPress files must be saved as high resolution (print quality) PDFs.

 

All images must be at a minimum resolution of 300 ppi, scaled to 100%. All colors must be CMYK for accurate color reproduction.

 

Submitting Display Advertising

CJCI Magazine accepts advertising material sent on DVD or as an email attachment. For large files not suitable for email, contact us for a Dropbox file sharing invitation. Please provide the following information with your advertisement: file name, application used (InDesign, Photoshop or PDF), contact name, address, phone number, and email address. Files delivered by email must be high resolution (print quality) PDF.

 

Display Advertising Payment

Payment is due upon acceptance of display advertisement. Credit card payments are invoiced through PayPal. Checks should be mailed to the address shown below.

 

Proofs

Proofs will be delivered in PDF format via email. Carefully proof your contact information for accuracy as CJCI Magazine cannot assume responsibility for errors submitted by advertisers. All changes must be specified in writing. Any changes requested after final advertiser approval will be honored when possible, but may require an additional production charge for each change.
